The standardized installation and construction of peripheral protective panels, rain barriers, and flashing panels are important guarantees for the rainproof ability of ventilators
(1) Place the board in place according to the design drawings. Generally, the installation starting point should be the reverse position of the annual maximum frequency wind direction.
(2) After determining the installation direction, first install and fix the sealing plate at the end, then install the first plate in place and fix it, ensuring it is perpendicular to the purlin.
(3) When installing the second panel, it should overlap with the protruding edge of the first panel. The five type ventilation sunroof should be checked to ensure that the outer edges of the two panels are completely in contact and straight, thus ensuring that the overlap is intact. It should be connected to the purlin with self tapping screws with sealing rings.
(4) The color steel plate and C purlin are fixed with self tapping galvanized screws.
(5) The reliability of fixation is directly related to the number, spacing, and connection quality of the connecting components. Waterproof sealing materials need to be installed and laid well to ensure that there is no water leakage between the boards.
