Structural characteristics of electric daylighting and smoke exhaust skylight:

1. The linear and triangular skylight for lighting and smoke exhaust mainly consists of a frame, lighting window sashes, gear rack transmission system, and window openers. The frame is formed by cold bending color steel plates and galvanized plates, and filled with polyurethane foam or extruded boards for insulation. The window sash is composed of daylighting materials (sunshine panels or FRP panels) and a dedicated aluminum profile frame (bridge cut aluminum profiles or aluminum alloy profiles).

2. Side windows are mainly composed of a frame, window sashes, and transmission system. The skeleton is composed of specialized galvanized sheet profiles, and the window sash is composed of window sash profiles (bridge cut aluminum profiles or aluminum alloy profiles) and lighting materials (sunshine panels or FRP panels).

3. The circular arch skylight consists of a frame, window sashes, specialized aluminum profiles, lighting materials, and a transmission system. The skeleton is formed by cold bending galvanized sheet metal. Install insulation tape on the window frame to form a double seal with the tape installed on the window sash. The window sash is composed of window sash profiles (bridge cut aluminum profiles or aluminum alloy profiles) and lighting materials (sunshine panels or FRP panels). Special aluminum profiles and lighting materials are connected with EPDM rubber strips, which have excellent waterproof and sealing properties.
